HR Project & Change Manager

Overview

HR Project & Change Manager for large, complex, multi-year transformational change programs across HR technology and organizational change.

What you'll do

• Lead project intake, scoping, and business case creation for HR initiatives.
• Create and track project timelines, plans, and end-to-end project governance.
• Manage end-to-end project activities including meeting management, action tracking, and reporting.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks/issues/decisions; connect interdependencies across workstreams.
• Develop and execute change management plans, including impact analysis and adoption/sustainability measures.
• Design stakeholder plans and engaging key stakeholders/supporters and addressing resistance.

What you'll need

• Significant experience delivering complex HR project initiatives globally, across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Experience working across Change Management, Communications, Training, and Project Management disciplines.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle from hire to retire.
• Experience leading projects for new HR system implementations (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow HR).
• Strong understanding of HR data, analytics, and reporting requirements for decision-making.
• Experience with HR projects impacting the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
• Background in HR is beneficial.
