Overview

Support day-to-day administration, analysis, and compliance for JumpCloud’s global compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on benefits administration across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

What you'll do

• Administer benefits programs across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Support foundational compensation analysis.
• Assist with compensation cycle operations.
• Support audits and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Help maintain compliance for global compensation and benefits programs.
