Project Support Specialist

Overview

Project Support Specialist providing cross-functional support to clinical study project teams and contributing to efficient study management.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and document updates.
• Schedule meetings, circulate agendas and minutes, and file records in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain study milestones, contacts, enrolment projections, and helpdesk requests in the CTMS.
• Prepare, assign, and track study-specific training and training records.
• Manage study workspaces, email boxes, and user access to study systems.
• Order, prepare, track, and distribute study supplies, binders, and materials.
• Support study communications, reports, translations, and safety report distribution as applicable.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and independent planning skills.
