Project Support Specialist

Overview

Support clinical research project teams with study coordination, documentation, systems administration, communications, and study-material management.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and study trackers.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and file study documentation.
• Maintain study data, milestones, contacts, projections, and access in clinical trial systems.
• Prepare and manage study-specific training and training records.
• Establish shared workspaces, email boxes, and user access for study teams.
• Order, prepare, track, and ship study supplies and binders.
• Support study communications, reports, translations, safety-report distribution, and study-material reconciliation.

What you'll need

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment.
