Project Support Specialist

Overview

Project Support Specialist providing cross-functional support to clinical study teams and contributing to efficient study management.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and document updates.
• Schedule meetings, circulate agendas and minutes, and file records in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain study data, milestones, contacts, projections, and support tickets in the CTMS.
• Prepare and oversee study-specific training and training records.
• Manage study workspaces, email boxes, and system access.
• Order, prepare, track, and distribute study supplies and materials.
• Support study communications, reports, translations, and project-related requests.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist, or similar.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science, or healthcare.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment.

Details

• Fully home based in Poland.
• Compensation: PLN 97,600–146,400 gross per annum.
• Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and listed benefits.
