Project Support Specialist

Overview

Supports clinical study project teams with coordination, documentation, systems administration and study materials management.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain project timelines and distribute updates.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and file study documents.
• Maintain clinical trial management system data, contacts, milestones and enrolment projections.
• Coordinate study-specific training, records, access reviews and helpdesk requests.
• Manage study workspaces, email boxes, supplies, binders and study materials.
• Maintain trackers and support study communications, reports and document translations.
• Act as a contact for project-related requests from team members, sponsors and vendors.

What you'll need

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, science or healthcare.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar.
• Fluency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional-level English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.

• Fully home based in Poland.
• Compensation: PLN 97,600–146,400 gross per year.
