Key Account Manager Architects & Specifiers, Southern Poland

Overview

Key Account Manager role focused on growing the specification business for professional lighting. You will build relationships with architects and specifiers to influence project specifications and tender documents to include Signify products, systems, and technologies.

What you'll do

• Promote Signify’s professional lighting portfolio through presentations, workshops, and design consultations.
• Engage architects, consultants, and lighting designers to influence inclusion of Signify offerings in specifications and tenders.
• Create demand by securing specifications and influencing lighting project designs.
• Provide expert guidance on lighting applications, design principles, and standards.
• Collaborate with Lighting Application and Product teams on technically sound, compliant, and aesthetic solutions.
• Track project and specification activities in CRM systems and monitor influence-to-order conversion.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a sustainability-related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in lighting specification, architectural lighting design, or lighting sales support.
• Demonstrated strong relationships with specifiers and knowledge of lighting technologies.
• Professional certifications related to lighting application design or sustainability (advantage).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Achievement focus with drive to sell.
• Team player.
