Lead Associate Account Manager

Overview

Lead Associate Account Manager to build, coach, and scale an EMEA Associate Account Management (AAM) team, driving customer outcomes and scalable account management practices.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach AAMs to build client-facing account management and strategic consulting capabilities.
• Partner with Account Management leadership to support Tier 1 customers and coach for retention, expansion, and growth.
• Establish scalable coaching frameworks, playbooks, and quality standards for client communications and performance reviews.
• Act as a programmatic SME and develop training across campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, reporting, and data storytelling.
• Drive team capacity and operational efficiency by identifying skill gaps and optimizing workloads using AI and automation.
• Represent AAM needs cross-functionally and support global knowledge sharing to improve the AAM operating model.

What you'll need

• 5–6+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, account management, customer success, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coaching client-facing teams.
• Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Amazon DSP.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic strategy, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and recommendations.
• Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, training programs, and operating models.
