Overview

Assistant Sales Manager (Digital Ads) for Microsoft Search and Audience Inventory, responsible for sales, development, and end-to-end management of client activities.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction through strategic client relationship development.
• Drive new account acquisition and grow incremental revenue against a targeted agency list.
• Develop quality customer plans and joint business plans with Central teams and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies for the Microsoft Audience Network proposition.
• Lead regular engagements with key clients and highlight missed branding opportunities.
• Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4-5 years of online media sales/advertising experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, productivity, communication skills, and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals/targets.
• Proven ability to create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
• Ability to navigate customer sales negotiations and technical presentations in person and remotely.
• Solid knowledge of branding industry and native display products.
