Account Management Consultant

Overview

Account Management Consultant role providing value to clients and helping grow the business. The position reports to the Manager of Account Management.

What you'll do

• Manage a high volume of accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to sales and clients.
• Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance to clients.
• Work with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
• Communicate new product features and enhancements to the Product team.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in account management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with clients.
• Ability to learn quickly and a collaborative team style.
