Account Manager - Strategic Sales

Overview

BrowserStack is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own, retain, and expand a portfolio of strategic B2B customers through structured farming, executive engagement, and long-term value creation.

What you'll do

• Own a strategic customer portfolio for long-term revenue growth and retention.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal outcomes across multi-product SaaS offerings.
• Use usage data and account context to identify expansion levers.
• Engage engineering leaders and technical stakeholders, plus executive economic buyers.
• Run regular in-person meetings for strategic customers, including onsite visits.
• Ensure predictable renewals by reinforcing value, outcomes, and ROI ahead of milestones.
• Coordinate internally as the central point of ownership and maintain Salesforce hygiene.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience.
• 2-3 years in a farming/account-management focused role.
• Proven success meeting and exceeding expansion, renewal, and net revenue retention targets.
• Recent experience aligned to account management, farming, expansion, upsell/cross-sell.
• Ability to work in region-aligned time zones and be based in Mumbai.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and comfort selling to technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering/technology background preferred.
