Account Manager

Overview

Account Manager role in Sales for ResMed’s Sleep and Respiratory Care products and services. Focused on selling, promoting, and growing revenue in assigned regions through direct field sales and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Sell ResMed products to customers and/or professional organizations through distribution channels.
• Plan, position, and strategically market ResMed’s full range products and services in the allocated region.
• Achieve sales objectives for new and existing accounts within the assigned distribution or retail channel.
• Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts to maximize turnover and profit margin.
• Market, sell, promote, and grow revenue across all product categories.
• Conduct consultative customer visits and product demonstrations, including educational programs and in-services.
• Enter into commercial negotiations for purchase and supply with external customer groups.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of related experience in Medical Device or Pharma industry.
• Bachelors or Master's degree.
• Knowledge of ResMed offerings and customer needs.
• Ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively with full understanding of specialization.
• Prior experience managing the similar region.
• Networking with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
