Account Manager - Strategic Sales

Overview

Strategic Account Manager focused on owning, retaining, and expanding a defined book of strategic executive accounts for long-term revenue growth and net revenue retention in a B2B SaaS environment.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers with accountability for long-term revenue growth and retention.
• Drive multi-product expansion through upsell and cross-sell, leveraging customer and usage insights.
• Ensure predictable renewals by reinforcing value, outcomes, and ROI ahead of contract milestones.
• Engage engineering leaders and technical stakeholders to accelerate expansion opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person customer meetings, including onsite visits, to strengthen relationships.
• Act as the central point of ownership across internal teams and maintain strong Salesforce hygiene for forecasting.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of B2B SaaS experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a farming/account management focused role.
• Demonstrated success meeting expansion, renewal, and net revenue retention targets.
• Recent experience aligned to account management, farming, expansion, upsell/cross-sell.
• Ability to work region-aligned time zones and be based in Mumbai.
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and comfort engaging technical and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering/technology background preferred.
