Senior Sales Engineer

Overview

Senior Sales Engineer supporting the EMEA Sales team by translating customer requirements into optimized energy storage solutions and technical proposals.

What you'll do

• Partner with EMEA Sales teams to develop technical energy storage solution proposals from customer requirements.
• Provide product configuration guidance and technical advisory support to Sales teams.
• Lead evaluation and selection of installation contractor proposals for system integration and turnkey delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on technical aspects of customer contracts and negotiations.
• Capture and translate customer technical/application requirements into insights for product roadmap planning.
• Support system design work to meet local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience within the power industry.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges with clear communication.
• Previous experience with offer management and/or technical contract review.
• Experience using CRM platforms and engineering tools such as Salesforce and CAD.
• Proven experience in energy storage, solar, power generation, or industrial balance of plant (including EPC projects).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
