Salesforce QA Analyst

Overview

Salesforce QA Analyst within the Fuel division (Vehicle Payments line of business), responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Corpay software products, reporting to the QA Lead.

What you'll do

• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test plans and test cases.
• Identify testing objectives and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Perform manual testing for functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Analyze results of automated tests.
• Identify, document, and report defects with detailed steps to reproduce.
• Work closely with developers to verify fixes and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Use testing frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Work with the development team to understand system functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and results.
• Provide detailed testing reports and status updates to stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in software testing.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of software quality assurance experience, including hands-on testing of Salesforce or comparable SaaS and CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze business and technical requirements, define test coverage, and create clear test plans, cases, and test data.
• Strong experience with manual functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, with the judgment to prioritize risk and release readiness.
• Experience reviewing automated test results and contributing to automated test scripts using QA tools, frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in defect lifecycle management and Agile delivery practices, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

• Location: Poland.
• Company-issued equipment and formal, hands-on training provided.
• Salary range: 12,124 - 15,154 PLN gross per month.
• Benefits: pension contributions, 25 days of annual leave, pay during parental leave, eye examinations and a subsidy for glasses (if needed).
