Account Management - Associate

Overview

Account Management – Associate role supporting client relationship management, sales/marketing initiatives, and internal coordination within PwC’s IFS Operations Management practice.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Use market research and digital marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Use CRM software to manage client relationships and track engagement metrics.
• Coordinate proposal management support to drive bid submissions.
• Perform cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue growth.

What you'll need

• Be at least a graduate or post graduate.
• Have experience in account management.
• Be proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related PwC experience.
• Have oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Support compliance monitoring related to contract deliverables, client requests, and regulatory requirements.
