Sales Specialist - Product

Overview

Sales Specialist – Product for ABB in Faridabad (NCR), responsible for sales of products/systems/services in a designated market/division.

What you'll do

• Lead sales to meet qualitative and quantitative targets for order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage post-sales performance of ELSP & ELSB products in the Faridabad market.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and share market intelligence with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop long-term relationships with panel builders and channel partners, resolving issues to ensure positive customer experience.
• Expand IEC 61439-compliant partner coverage in the assigned territory and promote new products/digitalization solutions.
• Coordinate material delivery and after-sales service, and collaborate with internal teams for customer support.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Exposure to the LV Switchgear market in the NCR region.
• Solid knowledge of Low Voltage Equipment, LV Switchgear, and Electrical Distribution solutions.
• Experience in direct sales, account management, business development, and cross-selling.
• Working knowledge of SFDC/CRM operations including opportunity management and forecasting.
• BE/B.Tech or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a full-time, regular program.
