Partner Sales

Overview

Partner Sales is responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with commercial clients and aligning solutions to their business goals.

What you'll do

• Own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, including larger deals and portfolio management.
• Identify customer requirements, map them to organizational capabilities, and select direct/indirect supply chain.
• Build executive-level client relationships and understand unique business needs.
• Work with partners to improve win rates and achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Develop sales strategies and territory account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Lead contract negotiations and monitor sales performance metrics to drive corrective actions.
• Enter and update opportunities in the pipeline tool and conduct regular business reviews.

What you'll need

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience.
• Preferably experience in account management, tele sales, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or related field.
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• Knowledge of sales process, sales territory management, and sales prospecting.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Skills in business-to-business selling and customer relationship management.
