Overview

Senior Sales Engineer responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales targets in assigned accounts for industrial automation offerings.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Grow business within assigned accounts.
• Understand customer requirements, market segments, and trends.
• Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers.
• Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams.
• Develop new customers by following up on leads and prospecting.

What you'll need

• 7+ years experience.
• B2B sales and marketing experience for industrial automation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Degree/diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
