Regional Sales Manager

Overview

Regional Sales Manager engaging with system integrators, consultants, OEMs, and end users to understand needs and recommend solutions (e.g., electrical panel suppression systems). Responsible for generating new opportunities, supporting project closures, and growing regional revenue.

What you'll do

• Manage the sales team and day-to-day sales process operations with Halma hubs and filling stations.
• Own and support achievement of assigned regional sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for market creation and expansion.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions with senior team guidance.
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and follow-ups for order conversion.
• Coordinate internally for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, track leads, and build relationships with customers and channel partners.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience (exposure) per the posting.
• Ability to learn suppression systems with a basic technical understanding.
• Ability to understand drawings/BOQs to support solution selection.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Sales orientation including negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM tools.

Nice to have

• Engineering or MBA is added advantage.
