Regional Sales Manager-South

Overview

Regional Sales Manager-South works with system integrators, consultants, OEMs, and end users to understand needs and recommend electrical panel suppression system solutions.

What you'll do

• Own and support achievement of assigned sales targets to drive revenue growth in the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for market creation and expansion.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers, BOQs, and follow-ups to convert orders.
• Maintain the sales pipeline by tracking leads and building relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of engineering-related experience/exposure.
• Basic technical understanding and aptitude to learn suppression systems.
• Ability to understand drawings/BOQs and support solution selection.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Sales orientation with negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong grasp of product knowledge and ability to translate technical features into customer value.
