Overview

Senior Partner Manager to recruit and develop channel partners to drive new customer adoption and revenue for Datadog’s multi-cloud monitoring product.

What you'll do

• Identify and recruit strategic channel partners in Mumbai to drive revenue growth.
• Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling.
• Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of integrated partnership launches.
• Host regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on success metrics.
• Work with regional enterprise and commercial sales organizations.
• Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales experience.
• Experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
• Ability to negotiate agreements and build long-lasting partnerships.
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and explain them verbally and in writing.
• Managing premier Cloud MSP partners (advantageous).
