Sales Engineer

Overview

Sales Engineer to drive B2B industrial automation sales in assigned accounts while meeting monthly and yearly targets.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Increase business in assigned accounts.
• Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers.
• Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly.
• Coordinate with internal logistic and technical teams.
• Develop new customers by following up on leads and prospecting.
• Follow up quotations and handle commercial negotiations to secure orders.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Negotiation skills.
• Prior B2B sales and marketing experience for industrial automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution or integration.
• Knowledge of handling OEM market, end-user markets, and panel builder’s.
