Senior Sales Engineer

Overview

Senior Sales Engineer responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales targets for assigned accounts and driving new customer development.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Increase business in assigned accounts by understanding customer requirements and market trends.
• Introduce latest products and technical updates to customers.
• Record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams.
• Follow up on leads, prospect for new customers, and manage quotations and commercial negotiations.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Negotiation skills.
• Previous B2B sales and marketing experience for industrial automation.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution or integration.
• Knowledge of handling OEM market and end user markets, including panel builder’s.
• Automation knowledge of top brands such as Schneider Electric, AB, Siemens, and OMRON.
