GET -- Service Sales

Overview

Service Sales role focused on establishing and managing customer relationships, handling tenders/quotations, and providing after-sales support in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Identify potential customers and establish new accounts and service accounts.
• Plan and organize sales call schedules, including travelling to visit clients.
• Persuade clients that products or services best meet their needs.
• Calculate client quotations and negotiate tender and contract terms.
• Provide after-sales support services.
• Manage sales administration, including account profiles, sales information system usage, reporting, and paperwork completion.

What you'll need

• Excellent written and spoken English; other language skills are a plus.
• Initiative and good teamwork skills.
• Soft skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Able to analyse data.
• CRM tool management, including entering sales cases and updating them.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
