Account Manager -Packaged Gas(North)

Overview

Account Manager (North) provides administrative support to commercial activities and customers, including monitoring quotations and supporting order processing, reporting, and sales-related customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Monitor quotations, tenders, and order processing to support the Sales team.
• Assist the Sales team with pricing and product code management.
• Create and maintain regular sales analysis and reporting using PowerBI dashboards.
• Assist with formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Call existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Resolve complex or unresolved customer cases where possible.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Administrative support experience for commercial activities and/or customers/patients.
• Experience supporting contract management and customer/payor interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
• Knowledge of business/office administration or medical background (preferred college diploma).
