Sales Specialist

Overview

Sales Specialist role responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division.

What you'll do

• Lead sales activities to meet qualitative and quantitative targets for order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the designated market/division.
• Manage post-sales performance of ELSP & ELSB products in Faridabad (NCR) and implement Panel Builder channel initiatives.
• Build and maintain sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and share market intelligence with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop long-term relationships with Panel Builders and channel partners by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experience.
• Expand IEC 61439-compliant partners, promote new products and digitalization solutions, and run product promotion events and technical seminars.

What you'll need

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience with exposure to the LV Switchgear market in the NCR region.
• Solid knowledge of Low Voltage Equipment, LV Switchgear, and Electrical Distribution solutions.
• Good understanding of the industrial customer segment, market dynamics, and electrical distribution applications.
• Demonstrated direct sales, account management, business development, and cross-selling experience.
• Working knowledge of SFDC/CRM for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and maintaining customer information.
• BE/B.Tech or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a full-time, regular program.
