Sales Development Representaive

Overview

Sales Development Representative role focused on B2B lead generation and booking meetings for a SaaS sales team.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through structured conversations.
• Achieve at least 120 minutes of daily talk time.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Position relevant SaaS or digital solutions based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, lead generation, and meeting bookings.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, persuasive approach.
• Ability to handle objections and drive conversations to outcomes.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
• Comfort working with targets and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and calling processes is required to be a plus.
