Associate, Inside Sales (French Speaking)

Overview

Associate, Inside Sales (French Speaking) at Monotype will secure and grow new business by managing lead generation, qualification, and cold calling while improving the customer engagement experience.

What you'll do

• Research targeted leads and accounts to identify decision makers and understand needs and buying cycles.
• Cold-call/email prospects from internal marketing programs or identified accounts.
• Answer existing customer queries and identify opportunities for future sales.
• Retrieve customer feedback and share lessons learned to improve offerings and customer engagement.
• Obtain knowledge of company solutions and corporate/market value to drive new business.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and track customer data and interaction history.
• Create and assist with quotes and present product/services features, prices, and credit terms.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in direct or inside sales.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, sales calls, and prospect management.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) for business communication.
• Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Strong data analytics ability with attention to detail.
• Desirable experience with Salesforce (customer relationship management software).
