Property Manager

Overview

Property Manager for Mumbai responsible for end-to-end property management services at the site, including operations, maintenance, compliance, vendor coordination, reporting, and resident/tenant engagement.

What you'll do

• Ensure smooth facility/site operations and enhance efficiency using innovation and technology.
• Guide, develop, and support on-site manpower to address site challenges.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, MEP, and critical utilities.
• Coordinate contractors, tenants, and engineers; manage service and repair contracts.
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) is completed on time and recommend improvements.
• Maintain trackers and submit key site data and reports on defined monthly timelines.

What you'll need

• Experience managing property management services across site operations, maintenance, and documentation.
• Ability to manage documentation for asset lists, defect liability period, and AMC/CAMC in trackers.
• Ability to comply with safety, health, and life-safety regulations and applicable codes.
• Experience using and administering listed JLL technology platforms: Overview, Evolution, KADence, Compliance Portal, and CMO.
• Ability to coordinate vendor/AMC agreements, contractor engagement, and invoice tracking.
• Ability to handle resident/tenant service requests and complaints diplomatically and update complaint management processes.
