PTE Engineer, Consumer Audio

Overview

Senior PTE Engineer responsible for developing and releasing test solutions for mixed-signal audio edge processors and battery management products across pre-silicon, post-silicon, characterization, and production phases.

What you'll do

• Design probe and test solutions using highly parallel multi-site mixed-signal and digital ATE platforms.
• Develop ATE software according to product specifications.
• Support DFT and BIST definition and development with design teams.
• Execute silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, and correlation activities.
• Release test programs to offshore production test houses.
• Collaborate with design, bench evaluation, product development, reliability, and global teams.

What you'll need

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 5–7 years of hands-on mixed-signal or digital test experience.
• Knowledge of ATE software development and Teradyne Flex, NI, or 93K ATE systems.
• Knowledge of Perl or C++ programming.
• Experience with highly parallel multi-site digital hardware design and layout.
• Experience using oscilloscopes, VI-meters, signal generators, and analyzers.
• Strong analytical, statistical, teamwork, and communication skills.
