Public Sector Partnerships Lead - India

Overview

Lead public sector partnerships and government affairs for ElevenLabs across India, driving public policy and public sector engagement.

What you'll do

• Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across India on AI governance and related topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
• Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals.
• Support development of internal policies with Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.
• Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles focused on AI and tech.
• Strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape.
• Experience designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes and coalition building.
• Public policy experience across India.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for briefing government officials.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
