Overview

Freelance AI trainer role to challenge large language models on Punjabi (Shahmukhi) language scenarios and document failure modes to improve model reasoning.

What you'll do

• Converse with the model on Punjabi language scenarios covering dialectal variation, formal versus colloquial language, Punjabi script, translation accuracy, semantic ambiguity and cultural context.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document every failure mode.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

What you'll need

• Expertise in Punjabi grammar, syntax, morphology, semantics, phonetics and pragmatics.
• Clear, metacognitive communication that shows your reasoning.

Nice to have

• A master's or PhD in Punjabi language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Peer-reviewed publications, translation experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
