Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Managed Services

Overview

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer on the India-based Managed Services team, you will build customers' AI Agents beyond implementation, open new use cases, and grow Amplify credit and product consumption. The role combines technology and business consulting, solution design, project management, hands-on configuration, and customer outcome ownership.

What you'll do

• Build customers' AI Agents beyond what was set up during implementation.
• Open new use cases and grow Amplify credit and product consumption.
• Own a portfolio of the most strategic accounts.
• Guide customers through best practices and hands-on configuration to drive outcomes and deepen adoption.
• Stay technically fluent in Outreach's evolving capabilities, including AI.
• Configure and troubleshoot in real time.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Account Executives.
• Build rapport fast and influence customer outcomes.
• Own results for your book of business against Managed Services KPIs.
• Manage a book of business with an average QoQ utilization rate of 70%, focusing on Amplify credit and product consumption, while supporting renewal rates and minimizing churn and contraction.

• Remote role based in Hyderabad, India.
• Occasional in-person or team events may be required, during local IST hours.
• Customer-facing role requiring US-based hours.
