Python (Developer & Support)

Overview

Engineer 2 TSE in the Applied Data Science Center (ADSC) team, acting as a first point of contact to resolve business and technical queries for analytics/products users.

What you'll do

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support as a single point of contact for ADSC product users.
• Assess, analyze, and resolve issues raised by product users on the Service-Now VIA platform.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by providing direct assistance or step-by-step guidance.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Update documentation based on new product releases and features.
• Publish product dashboards/KPIs and keep users informed about known issues, updates, and resolutions.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience supporting complex production systems.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Proficiency in SQL programming.
• Knowledge of or interest in learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis using system/application error logs.
• Bachelor’s degree in information science/IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Good communication and presentation skills for stakeholder updates and follow-ups.
