QA Analyst - Benefits

Overview

Benefits-focused QA Analyst role on the PrismHR HR, payroll, and benefits platform, designing and running test scenarios that reflect how PEOs and ASOs actually use the product.

What you'll do

• Design and run test scenarios based on how people actually use the product.
• Build realistic test data.
• Own test strategy and risk on your projects.
• Report status clearly enough to support release decisions.
• Raise the domain fluency of the whole QA team.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of hands-on PEO or benefits administration experience.
• Solid QA practice: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• PrismHR platform experience.

Nice to have

• Automation exposure.
• Multi-state US payroll tax.
• Open enrollment.
• HRIS or HCM platforms.

Details

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Time), Monday to Friday.
• First four hours from the Noida office, the rest from home.
