QA Automation Engineer

Overview

QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain modular, extensible, reusable test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Set up, configure, and maintain the automation environment and data for smooth testing.
• Develop and execute automated performance test scripts to validate stability and responsiveness.
• Create and maintain a test automation library covering scenarios for requirements and regression coverage.
• Support functional, regression, and integration testing for new or modified software.
• Identify, report, and track defects with clear issue documentation and proposed improvements.
• Participate in product design reviews and write, review, and verify test plans and procedures.

What you'll need

• 4–6 years of experience developing and executing automated scripts using Selenium or Playwright with Java or JavaScript.
• 4+ years of experience writing and executing manual test cases and test plans.
• Ability to interpret scripting languages (JavaScript/Java/C#) for automation custom actions.
• Strong understanding of QA standards, practices, and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS selector for object identification in test automation.
• Proficiency in API validation and experience with API testing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
