Automation Engineer - Playwright

Overview

Automation Engineer focused on testing, creating, implementing, and supporting robotics process and desktop automations.

What you'll do

• Test, design, script, and implement automations of moderate complexity, significance, and risk.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for automation.
• Define automation data needs across systems and coordinate test data planning.
• Create and execute performance tests to meet expected automation performance levels.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems with clients and technical staff.
• Write documentation covering automation capabilities and operating procedures.
• Estimate project timelines and tasks; analyze and estimate cost and time.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic, or automating simple to medium complexity processes.
• Basic knowledge of data and process modeling.
• Basic knowledge of system and application testing and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Functional testing experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Automated performance and load testing experience using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Experience with robotics automation tools/frameworks (Practitest).
• Knowledge of Java, VBA, or other configuration/scripting technologies.
