QA Automation Engineer, Professional Services R&D

Overview

QA Automation Engineer for the Professional Services R&D team, responsible for designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and ensuring quality through CI/CD.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Write and execute automated test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage for developed assets.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and rapid feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and the Product Manager to understand requirements and identify quality issues early.
• Define the team’s QA strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Triage, document, and track defects and collaborate on timely resolution.
• Champion quality engineering best practices across the R&D team.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Jest).
• Experience testing APIs (REST, GraphQL) and web front-ends.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and integrating tests into pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
