QA Engineer, AVP

Overview

QA Engineer (AVP) responsible for defining and executing QA testing strategy, plans, and deliverables for applications and programmes within their domain, including a cloud migration of SimCorp Dimension.

What you'll do

• Define and manage test strategy, test plan, and QA governance for the SimCorp Dimension cloud migration.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
• Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Analyse test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and manage defect triage and resolution.
• Integrate automated test execution with CI/CD pipelines and support go-live readiness via quality gates.
• Execute SQL queries for backend data validation and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and vendor.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in test management for large-scale implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of Tricentis Tosca and enterprise automation strategies.
• Practical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in cloud migration projects, preferably involving vendor-hosted financial platforms.
• Solid understanding of test data management principles and integration with model-based tools like Tosca.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
