Qlty Analyst II

Overview

Quality Analyst II role focused on inspecting incoming, in-process, and welding activities, and ensuring NDT and quality documentation meet project and client requirements.

What you'll do

• Inspect inward and in-process materials and clear GRN on time.
• Execute incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and inspections at supplier end.
• Perform NDT inspections and support evaluation of NDT technologies and systems.
• Prepare NDT procedures and welding procedure specifications, qualifications, and PQR/mock-up documentation.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and weld joint inspections per drawings and quality plans.
• Review specifications and subcontractor tender documents, and support subcontractor assessments/audits.
• Maintain testing/records, issue nonconformance notes, and coordinate with production, store, and purchase for rework/rejection.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of experience (Graduate B.E Mechanical).
• Awareness of ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001:2015, and OHSMS 45001:2018.
• Strong knowledge of NDT and ASME Section V fabrication code requirements.
• Sound knowledge of fabrication inspection and welding activity.
• Previous experience as a QA engineer.
• High-level analytical skills.
