Quality Engineer

Overview

Quality Engineer role focused on enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration, driving quality across the application lifecycle through continuous testing and automation.

What you'll do

• Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites.
• Create automation strategy and automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing process.
• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead efforts to define and implement automation frameworks that support scalable testing solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals and project timelines.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing workflows.
• Familiarity with various testing types including regression, security, and API testing.
• Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Skilled in configuring test environments and managing test data to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
• 15 years full time education.
