Quality Engineer

Overview

Quality Engineer role focused on continuous testing across the application lifecycle, with a must-have emphasis on API testing, working within a multi-disciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
• Create automation strategy and automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement of the end-to-end testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
• Maintain and enhance automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams for prompt resolution.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional growth.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in API Testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in API Testing.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to API testing.
• Ability to design and implement robust automated test scripts to validate application functionality.
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment environments to support automated testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to ensure effective reporting and resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web Testing.
