Senior Quality Tester

Overview

Senior Quality Tester focused on both manual exploratory testing and AI/low-code-driven automation for AI-driven testing.

What you'll do

• Design test strategies and balance manual validation with automated testing.
• Manually validate complex user journeys and end-to-end business workflows.
• Build self-healing automation test scripts and frameworks using AI.
• Use AI and low-code tools to scale automation loops and generate test cases.
• Drive quality practices that proactively detect architecture, maintainability, and performance issues every 12 hours.
• Collaborate with teams including R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery.

What you'll need

• 4+ years hands-on testing experience on Salesforce and CPQ platforms/workflows.
• Domain expertise in Salesforce and CPQ (Configure, Price, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quote).
• Test automation experience and openness/early experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or UiPath).
• Proficiency in low-code/high-performance platforms such as UiPath or Playwright and APIs.
• Understanding of testing and governing AI agents for predictable, ethical, and secure operation.
• Ability to translate business and technical realities into automated strategies supporting CI/CD at scale.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI and automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
