Quality Engineering Associate Manager

Overview

Lead quality assurance efforts for marketing and digital projects, overseeing the testing process, managing a QA team and driving process improvements through automation and best practices.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement QA strategies and quality checklists for projects.
• Define and enforce quality metrics, KPIs and standards across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, including task allocation and performance management.
• Ensure timely communication with DPMs and coordination with development teams.
• Conduct regular reviews of test progress, defect metrics and quality reports.
• Oversee functional, content, style guide and layout testing.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization and resolution with development teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to QA processes and methodologies.
• Explore and implement test automation tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
• Govern activities to maintain a desired level of excellence, including quality management system architecture, policy development, planning, assurance, control and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 10 to 14 years of experience.
• Primary skill: Quality Management (P5).
• Secondary skill: Quality Assurance (QA) (P5).
