Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert and manage the team to perform.
• Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and methodologies to support evolving project needs.
• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.
• Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Ensure alignment of quality objectives with overall project goals and organizational standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application lifecycles.
• Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing processes and outcomes.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes effectively.
• Competence in managing the defect lifecycle and ensuring timely resolution to maintain product quality.
