Quality Engineering Lead

Overview

Lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies that align with business processes.
• Define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage ecosystem integration for seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with business goals.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Perform independently and become an SME; actively participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to enterprise applications.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Competence in defect management and resolution processes to maintain high standards of software quality.
• 15 years full time education.
