Quality PTM - Engineer / Sr. Engineer - M/F/D

Overview

Quality PTM Engineer/Sr. Engineer role focused on managing project quality roadmaps and ensuring customer and company quality and cost targets. You will oversee quality planning, risk management, and quality document/control plan updates across project phases.

What you'll do

• Manage the project set and monitor the quality roadmap to meet quality (customer and VALEO) and cost targets.
• Define and follow up the project quality cost and customer milestones.
• Detect risks, prevent problems, and react/escalate when risks or roadblocks are identified.
• Ensure compliance with build in quality standards, including SPPC tracking and identification/transfer procedures.
• Challenge other PTM on their activities and support design/change quality activities (DFMEA/PFMEA, DV&PV, 4M matrix).
• Update quality documents and perform control plan revisions after issues and/or test results.
• Support supplier management and QRQC activities, including internal/customer deliverables and issue tracking.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV, and RPN reduction via LLC usage in D/P FMEA is required.
• Ability to ensure 4M matrix compliance after design freeze and manage customer awareness/approval.
• Familiarity with SPPC tracking sheet usage and SPPC identification/transfer procedures (via VRFs) is required.
• Ability to prepare design reviews and support pre-FDPR and FDPR activities is required.
• Ability to apply QRQC rules, manage a single issue list, and support project team usage of QRQC materials is required.
