Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program

Overview

The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program is a development program for individuals seeking a career in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, consisting of three 8-month business-critical assignments within the Quality & Regulatory organization.

What you'll do

• Complete three 8-month assignments selected from areas such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Production & Process Controls, Corrective & Preventative Action, Design Controls, Product Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit.
• Gain exposure to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives and the role Quality and Regulatory Affairs play in achieving business objectives.
• Take part in teambuilding, mentoring and career development opportunities.

What you'll need

• Masters or Graduate degree required, with a target graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy/Law, Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related field.
• Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0.
• Must be willing to relocate throughout the 2 years of rotations (relocation assistance provided).
