Job description

Overview

As a Quantitative Researcher, you’ll investigate market behavior, build quantitative models, and test hypotheses to develop trading strategies that can influence live trading.

What you'll do

Investigate market behavior and develop quantitative models.
Build and test hypotheses using data, mathematics, and experimentation.
Develop predictive models and quantitative signals for systematic trading.
Design robust backtests and statistical tests to separate signals from noise.
Evaluate strategy performance, identify weaknesses, and refine models.
Work with technologists to translate research ideas into production-ready systems.

What you'll need

Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
Strong fundamentals in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and optimization.
Experience with machine learning, statistical modelling, or data analysis through coursework, research, or projects.
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or another highly analytical field.
CGPA of 8.5 or above.
